“Au Cocorico”

This gîte faces East (kitchen and both bedrooms) and South (lounge and main bedroom). The patio gets the early morning sunshine and is sunny until mid afternoon. When it is in the shade you can always go and sit by the pool. The accommodation consists of:

• Main bedroom with a double and a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, bedside tables, lamps, ceiling fan.
• Small room with bunk beds, hanging and shelving space, soft toys, ideal for pre-teens.
• Bathroom with bath, shower, sink.
• Separate toilet with small sink.
• Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, double sink.
• Living/dining area with sofa-bed, rocking chair, dining table and 4 chairs, fan, electric heater, DVD player. French doors opening southwards.
• Patio with 5 garden chairs, table, parasol

Both gîtes have heating for the colder evenings in Spring and Autumn.
